Jack made my experience effortless and was very helpful assisting a snowbird in buying a vehicle. I obtained my own financing however the paperwork was prepared and ready when I arrived to get the truck. Josh was great working with me on my limited timeline for service work drop off and pick up. Today, I leased a Radiant Red Chevrolet Bolt EV 1LT from Chevrolet Center, working with New Car Sales Manager Josh Bucceri and EV expert and Sales Associate Jack Simons at the dealership. I cannot recommend this dealership and their personnel highly enough! Josh and Jack are each dedicated and knowledgeable professionals, courteous, helpful and considerate to a degree that is unfortunately rare in the new car industry. Upon arriving at the dealership, it is immediately evident that the owners of this dealership take great pride in presenting to their clientele a clean, modern and well laid-out car dealership where visitors are warmly welcomed and immediately attended to in the most efficient and pleasing fashion. To put my remarks in perspective, my wife and I have owned 11 premium Lexus vehicles between us since 1990, and it is well-known that Lexus prides itself on luxury and customer service. However, what I experienced today in the care of Josh Bucceri and Jack Simons at Chevrolet Center in Winter Haven FAR surpasses anything I ever experienced with Lexus! If only all car dealerships could operate like Chevrolet Center in Winter Haven. Congratulations and well-deserved kudos to you!

As an 82-year-old who has dealt with dozens of car dealerships I can say without any reservation that this was the most pleasant, most professional car-buying experience I have ever had. From the first telephone contact to picking up my new car the sales professionals were most helpful and knowledgeable. Danielle had the patience to walk me through the somewhat intimidating technology on my Corvette and her help with the little changes I requested was much appreciated. She is an excellent representative for the dealership and would be an asset to any organization. I waited 70 years to own a Corvette and the wonderful experience I had during the purchasing process was icing on the cake. I had one of my best experiences with the dealership. Daniele was amazing. Helpful, Knowledgeable, great representative to the dealership and GM. From beginning to end she answered all questions and was very responsive back with the answers. Always asked is there anything else she can help me with. She made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left the dealership. Paperwork was all correct and had everything ready. Again, I cannot say enough about my experience. Danielle was an extreme pleasure to work with. We let her know what we were looking for, our price range, and the vehicles we did not want and she had me set up in a gorgeous 2023 Silverado that same day. She is not your typical pushy car sales person which I can wholeheartedly appreciate especially since we have been shopping for a vehicle for about 8 months now and have been lied to by multiple dealerships in the past.
